Booking Terms & Conditions
To confirm a reservation we require address, telephone number and card details by way of guarantee.
Full payment is required 28 days prior to arrival.
For reservations made within 28 days of commencement of a stay, full payment must be made when booking.
Methods of payment Cheque, cash or bank transfer.
We reserve the right to cancel any letting immediately if:
1) The guest or any member of their party behave in such a way as to cause damage to the property or its furniture or contents or
2) If the guests behaviour causes a nuisance or annoyance to adjoining apartments. If cancellation is made for either of these reasons no refund will be made of any money a guest has paid.
Guests must undertake to keep the property and all the furniture, fittings and effects in the apartment in the same state of repair and cleanliness as at the beginning of the stay. We take every care to ensure each apartment is clean and well maintained but in the event of any problem, please take this up with us straight away. All damages and breakages are the guest’s responsibility and payable to Barford House. We reserve the right of entry to an apartment if repair work needs to be carried out urgently. We will request permission from the guest if this is possible.

Cleaning & Linen
For stays of 7 nights or longer, we offer a weekly bed linen change, which is included in the rate. Clean towels are available as and when required.
Barford House Apartments are the epitome of style, taste, comfort and privacyThere are four parking spaces to the front of the property. There are no restrictions on parking outside Barford House.
