To secure a booking I require a non refundable deposit of £150. Full payment is required 4 weeks prior to arrival. This can be paid via bank transfer or cheque.

I request that guests ring a day or so before arrival with an estimated arrival time. I will personally welcome you and show you into the apartment. I provide each guest with a set of keys that must be replaced if lost. Please don’t worry if your arrival time is in the evening as I only live on the opposite side of the road to Barford House. Alternatively, if you’re arriving in the early hours and I am booking you a taxi pickup from the airport, the driver will have your apartment key and let you in. Arrangements will be made for picking the key up under different circumstances.
There are four parking spaces to the front of the property; you can also park on the road outside, there are no parking restrictions.
There is no welcome pack as such. However, I do provide tea, coffee and a pint of milk. I also provide the following in the kitchen: dishwasher tablets, dishcloth, scourer, washing up liquid and a few cleaning products. There is also a vacuum cleaner in each property.
